The Challenge

Admins found it hard to monitor couriers in real-time, and couriers often took long routes that wasted fuel.

We built a courier app with GPS Tracking and automatic fastest route suggestions. Admins now have a central control dashboard.

Fuel costs saved by 25% and deliveries became faster. Customers are happy they can track their own packages.
