Converting that discovery into a booking required the team to be available constantly, gather all trip details manually over WhatsApp, and build every quote from scratch.

Without a structured platform, there was no way to let guests explore available destinations at their own pace, no consistent record linking each trip to its invoice and payment history, and no passive channel to capture leads outside of business hours. Every sale started from zero.
