Solunesia.id is an enterprise software house that started in Tanjungpinang and rapidly expanded into the industrial markets of Batam - specializing in custom enterprise systems, digital transformation, and intelligent platform development for businesses across Southeast Asia.

Founded as PT. Softventure Solusi Digital Indonesia in Tanjungpinang before expanding into Batam's industrial ecosystem, we operate under the brand Solunesia.id - a name built from two words: Solution and Indonesia. Every engagement starts the same way: we listen to how your operation actually works, then we engineer a system that fits it exactly.

We've shipped systems for restaurants with 175 tables, government libraries with 27,000 titles, migrant worker lending platforms operating across two countries, and travel operators serving Singapore and Malaysia. The industries are different. The approach is always the same: understand the problem completely before writing a single line of code.

Solunesia.id was founded in Tanjungpinang before boldly expanding our footprint into Batam's massive industrial ecosystem. Positioned squarely at the intersection of Indonesian commerce and the Singapore-Malaysia business corridor, our clients have grown to include not just local businesses but APAC-facing operators: tour companies serving Singapore tourists, lending businesses operating between Taiwan and Indonesia, ISPs with national infrastructure, and government institutions digitizing public services.

That geographic and commercial context shapes how we communicate and deliver. Project discussions and meetings are conducted in Bahasa Indonesia. All formal deliverables - requirements, specs, proposals, and reports - are written in English. For Chinese-speaking clients or joint venture partners, we produce written documentation in Mandarin (summaries, project briefs, reports); for live Mandarin meetings, we work with a professional translator.

Founded in Tanjungpinang

PT. Softventure established - launching our first digital initiatives and building our core engineering roots in the capital of Kepri before entering Batam.

2021

Enterprise Expansion

First large-scale ERP deployments - F&B restaurant systems, cross-border FinTech for Taiwan-Indonesia migrant worker lending, and government LMS for Kepri Province.

2022

Consumer Platform Launch

BisaXirim delivery platform launched - Android & iOS - expanding our delivery reach into consumer-facing mobile applications, alongside E-Paper Tanjungpinang Pos.

AI Integration Era

Vision AI embedded into live production systems - ARC document auto-fill, OCR processing, and intelligent analytics now standard in new builds.
