Solunesia.id provides custom software development services including but not limited to:
All services are delivered on a project-based contract basis, governed by a separate Service Agreement signed prior to commencement of work.

Submitting a contact form or scheduling a consultation does not constitute a binding agreement. Engagement only begins upon execution of a signed Service Agreement and receipt of the agreed initial payment.
Free consultations are offered in good faith and carry no obligation on either party.

知识产权
All website content — including text, design, graphics, and code — is the property of PT. Softventure Solusi Digital Indonesia and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Custom software developed for clients becomes the property of the client upon full payment, as specified in the respective Service Agreement.
Any proprietary frameworks, base components, or internal tooling used in development remain the intellectual property of Solunesia.id unless explicitly transferred in writing.

付款条款
Payment schedules and milestones are defined in each individual Service Agreement. General practice:
Late payments may result in a pause of work. Solunesia.id reserves the right to retain deliverables until outstanding balances are settled.
保密性
Both parties agree to treat shared business information, technical specifications, and project details as confidential. This obligation survives the termination of any project engagement.

责任限制
Solunesia.id shall not be liable for:
Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
保修与支持
Delivered projects include a 30-day post-launch warranty period covering bug fixes directly attributable to our development work. Issues arising from third-party integrations, client-side modifications, or infrastructure changes are excluded from warranty coverage.
Extended maintenance and support is available under a separate Support Agreement.
终止
Either party may terminate a project engagement by providing written notice. In the event of termination:
适用法律
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the appropriate courts in Batam, Kepulauan Riau, Indonesia.
条款变更
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated to active clients directly.
